GREATER ACCESS
For almost as long as we have called this building our home, we have wanted to create better access to both spaces.
UPSTAIRS: Currently, our upstairs building's accessibility ramp requires going from gravel parking up a ramp to a door that enters on the back side of the building into the sanctuary near the stage. This project will create a dignified way to enter church through the main entrance in the front of the church building into the foyer.

DOWNSTAIRS: Currently there is no wheelchair access to the downstairs building. There are two entry points, both requiring navigating a flight of stairs.​​

SCOPE
UPSTAIRS: add one cement parking space, near the playground, designated for ADA with a ramp going to the current deck at the front of the building.
DOWNSTAIRS: designate one ADA parking space, with a ramp replacing the current grass area going into the current double door entry. The current single door entry into the downstairs will remain unchanged.​
TIMELINE
The project should take 4-6 weeks. We will break ground first week of November and hope to be done by mid-December. We will have full access to both buildings during construction.
COST
The low-end estimate for this entire project is $110K with the high-end being $127K. We'll use funds left from our love lived here giving campaign, leaving a fundraising goal of $50K. A donor has offered matching funds up to $25K beginning at $10K. This giving campaign will end Dec. 31, 2024​.
